The apartment was clean and quiet, and Mr. Julius Pietsch, who was responsible for the property, was extremely polite, kind, and understanding. My sincere thanks to him for his excellent and respectful manner. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the German people for the kindness, courtesy, and politeness I experienced during my stay. Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig, und Herr Julius Pietsch, der für die Unterkunft verantwortlich war, war äußerst höflich, freundlich und verständnisvoll. Great location, fast and friendly communication from host. I had a few questions before check-in and host was very friendly and assuring. What impressed me was how high quality tableware and utensils they provided for the kitchen. Overall I enjoyed my stay and if I visit Essen again will definitely stay again. ——

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so im Haushalt benötigt, es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung war hell, leise, gut gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Entfernungen: 10min zu Fuß zum Hbf, 2min zum Stadtgarten und 5min zur Rüttenscheider Straße, in der man alles Notwendige bekommt und in der man auch abends gut was unternehmen kann. Ich war etwas traurig, als ich wieder abgereist bin.

Sehr schöner Wohnung zentral gelegen in Essen. Die Wohnung ist sehr suber und schön eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und werden aufjedenfall wieder dort buchen.check in war unkompliziert es hat alles gepasst.Vielen dank an den Eigentümer.Von uns aufjedenfall alle Sterne die es gibt.

Wohnung war ordentlich ausgestattet, fußläufig war eine Shell mit nem kleinen Rewe Togo für frische Brötchen etc. Im näheren Umfeld/im Viertel gab es einige Restaurants und Kneipen. Zur Messe ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto.

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich schon vor der Ankunft herzlich willkommen. Dieser Eindruck wird bei Betreten der Suite bekräftigt. Die Suite ist sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man als Gast braucht und sich wünscht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Senseo, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und natürlich Geschirr und Besteck. An dieser Stelle möchte ich nochmals betonen, dass wir alles top sauber vorgefunden haben. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist hell und freundlich gestaltet. Ob ein gemütliches Essen am Tisch oder Netflix am Abend - es gab keinen Moment, in dem uns etwas gefehlt hätte oder wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt hätten. Der Balkon ist mit gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet, hat eine Markise und geht nach "hinten" raus. Hier sitzt man gemütlich und ruhig. Ich persönlich mag den Charme der hübsch gestalteten Hinterhöfe sehr. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und geht nach "vorne" zur Straße raus, aber trotz geöffnetem Fenster lässt es sich in dem bequemen Bett sehr gut schlafen und es ist nicht laut. Der Ausblick über die Dächer Richtung Stadtgarten und "RWE-Turm" (ja, ich weiß, dass er jetzt anders heißt) ist einfach schön, wenn man auch eine Stadtskyline genießen kann. Die Toilette und die Dusche, die getrennt voneinander sind, runden das positive Gesamtbild ab. Geschmackvoll und sauber bleiben auch in diesen Räumen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und verkehrsgünstig, in 400 m ist ein Supermarkt, man ist in 2 Minuten an einer Bushaltestelle oder im Stadtgarten, der auch einen Besuch wert ist. Philharmonie und Aalto-Theater sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Unser Fazit: wir hätten auch ganz einziehen können! Eindeutig die sauberste, gemütlichste, einladenste Unterkunft, in der wir jemals zu Besuch waren. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
